Jake Paul, the popular YouTuber-turned-boxer, returns to the ring to face former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley. This will be Woodley's professional boxing debut.

The cruiserweight bout, scheduled for eight rounds, is the main event of a Showtime PPV card at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland on Sunday. The fights begin at 8 p.m. ET.

Paul (3-0, 3 KOs), 24, is a Cleveland native. He earned a first-round TKO victory over fellow YouTuber Ali Eson Gib in January 2020, and then dispatched former NBA star Nate Robinson with a brutal one-punch KO in the second round of their fight in November. He then defeated former Bellator and One Championship champion Ben Askren with a first-round TKO in April.

Woodley called out Paul after the Askren fight, and a month later, the fight was announced. Woodley won the UFC title with a first-round TKO of Robbie Lawler at UFC 201 in 2016. He defended the belt four times until losing a unanimous decision to Kamaru Usman at UFC 235 in 2019.
