Skyriding Glyphs Guide for World of Warcraft: All Locations with TomTom Waypoints (2024)

Skyriding Glyphs are glowing circular objects scattered across theDragon Isles and Khaz Algar. You must fly through them to collectthem to earn the respective achievements for each zone. In The War Within,Skyriding Glyphs were mandatory to unlock Skyriding Talents Guide in theDragonflight expansion. However, with the launch of the War Within Pre-Patch,they are optional.

Unlocking all 72 Skyriding Glyphs on the Dragon Isles takes takes anywhere between 25-40 minutes, based on how quickly you master the Dragonriding basics.

We have a dedicated guide available for Skyriding that werecommend visiting before you start gathering the glyphs.

We recommend collecting the glyphs in the following zone order:

1. The Forbidden Reach (new in Patch 10.0.7);
2. The Waking Shores;
3. Ohn'ahran Plains;
4. The Azure Span;
5. Thaldraszus;
6. Zaralek Cavern;
7. Emerald Dream.

The Emerald Dream added in Patch 10.2 contains 8 glyphs. Earningthem all grants the Emerald Dream Glyph Hunter achievement. We recommend youcollecting them in the following order:

To make Glyph collecting as fast and efficient as possible,we recommend you two gathering methods with the help of addons.

The first method uses the AzerPUG's Dragonrider addon,which displays Glyph locations on the map when enabled with no input requiredother than downloading the addon. Maps found in this guide were created usingthe addon.

• AzerPUG's Dragonrider— Makes the Vigor bar visible while dismounted and highlightsGlyph locations on the map.

The second method requires TomTom and Macro Toolkit to work.TomTom is important because it displays Glyph locations and waypoints on your map.

Macro Toolkit is also vital because the default Macro length in the game islimited to 255 characters. With the help of Macro Toolkit, you can copy the code foundin this guide and paste all Skyriding Glyph locations as 3 macros.

• TomTom —Allows you to set waypoints via a command.
• Macro Toolkit— The addon lets you paste all coordinates as two macros.

Download both addons from Curseforge. Locate your World of Warcraftinstallation.Unzip the folder and place it in your World ofWarcraft/_retail_/Interface/Addons/directory. Make sure the addon is enabled on the login screen. In the bottomleft corner of the login screen, you will see an Addons tab that you mustopen and ensure the addons are enabled. Select the "Load out of date Addons."option if needed.

Once both addons are operational and you log in to the game, type /mand click the Toolkit button.

Create a new Macro, click the Extend button to ensure you can use1024 characters for the macro. Then, paste the following macros, one byone,one and hit Save.
